The flat for 6 people has three bedrooms, one of which double and two bedrooms with two single beds. The living areaconsists of a large living room, kitchenette and bath, plus a 15 m2 terrace, furnished with table and chairs, for pleasant moments of relaxation.
Although the flats, by specific eco-friendly choice, are not air-conditioned, the lodgings are comfortable even during the hottest periods, because they are immersed in the greenery of a shady and always well-ventilated park.
We have recently implemented an evaporative roof cooling system that, through well-placed sprinklers, waters the tiles to lower the temperature of the rooms below. The water comes from our well and the excess is reused to irrigate the garden. This system allows us to eliminate the use of air conditioners, with health benefits for environmental sustainability.
