THE PRICES ARE, ACCORDING TO THE SEASON, FOR A WEEK’S STAY (7 NIGHTS, FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, ARRIVAL AFTER 5:00 PM, DEPARTURE BY 9:00 AM) IN INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS.

Cleaning and services
Cleaning on departure and weekly linen change included (substitution autonomous). Extra changes available at €10.00 per person. Costs for special cleaning for the presence of dogs in housing € 30.00 final
In April and October it is already included the cost for the use of heating
30% of the total cost is payable as a deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellation
n the event of cancellation, this deposit is refundable up to one month prior to the due arrival date. It is not refundable for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the due arrival date. The full sum of the booked period is payable for cancellations made in the previous 14 days to arrival, unless the booking is taken over by someone else.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the price of the stay remains the agreed one.
From June to mid-September, bookings for a minimum 7 day period – Saturday to Saturday – are preferred.
Short breaks during this period are offered on an ALL-INCLUSIVE basis, excluding only, when in effect, the holiday /tourist tax which is payable by all guests aged 12 and over.
